MAG / STB Installation Guide
Setting up IPTV on your MAG/STB device is straightforward. Follow these steps to complete the installation and start streaming your favorite channels. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact our support team at contact@iptvultra.ca .
Step 0: Send Your MAC Address
Before proceeding, send us the **MAC Address** of your MAG/STB device via WhatsApp or email. You can find this address on the back of your device. Once our team confirms that your playlist has been uploaded and provides you with the **portal URL**, you can proceed with the following steps.
Step 1: Access Settings
On the main menu, navigate to Settings.
Step 2: Open System Settings
From the **Settings** menu, select System Settings.
Step 3: Connect to the Internet
In **System Settings**, go to **Network** and connect your device to the internet. You can use **WiFi** (wireless) or **Ethernet** (wired connection).
Step 4: Return to System Settings
Once connected to the internet, go back to **System Settings** to proceed with IPTV activation for your MAG Box.
Step 5: Open the Servers Menu
From the System Settings menu, navigate to the **Servers** section.
Step 6: Select Portals
Click on **Portals** to access the IPTV portal configuration.
Step 7: Enter Portal Name & URL
Enter the **Portal Name** and **Portal URL** provided by our support team in the appropriate fields, then click **Save**.
Step 8: Restart Portal
Once you have entered and saved the portal details, click on **Restart Portal** to apply the changes.
Step 9: Enjoy Your IPTV Service
If everything has been set up correctly, you will see a **yellow loading bar** in the middle of the screen after restarting the portal. You can now access and enjoy all live TV channels on your MAG Box.
